Breast Screening

Early detection of breast cancer by screening translates into better survival.

Here at Karen Yap Breast Centre, we will be happy to help co-ordinate and organise your regular screening activities like educating you on breast self-examination, mammograms and breast ultrasound. We will be able to advise you based on your age and personal history on the frequency of screening that you need.

Should something abnormal be shown on the screening, we will render an expert interpretation of the imaging results and correlation with the medical examination. If necessary, breast biopsies will be performed here.
